Linen is a slow, lived-in thing, and we want yours to feel right at home. If a piece doesn’t settle in the way you’d hoped, sending it back is simple — and an exchange is always on us.
- 30-day window
- Return any unwashed, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Linen is delicate — please keep tags attached and tissue intact so we can pass it on to its next home.
- How to start a return
- Email care@sweetlinen.co with your order number and the pieces you'd like to send back. We'll reply with a prepaid label and a few words on packing it up. No need to chase anyone down — one note is enough.
- Refunds
- Once your parcel reaches our studio in Porto and passes a quick look-over, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a day or two more to show it.
- Exchanges
- Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free, both ways. Mention the swap in your email and we'll set aside the new piece while your original is in transit.
- Final sale
- Items marked final sale — swatches, seconds, and pieces from the archive shelf — can't be returned or exchanged. We note this clearly on the product page before you check out.
